Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Bilingual X-ray Technician/chiropractic assistant to join our chiropractic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety, and providing high-quality images for accurate diagnosis and helping chiropractic assistants with patient care and therapies. This role requires a strong understanding of medical imaging techniques and anatomy, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, such as a chiropractic clinic.
Responsibilities
- Perform X-ray examinations on patients, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and aseptic techniques.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to determine appropriate imaging procedures based on patient needs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation related to imaging procedures.
- Prepare patients for examinations by explaining the procedure and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Operate imaging equipment effectively while ensuring high-quality diagnostic images are produced.
- Assist in the management of medical imaging equipment, including routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Stay current with advancements in medical imaging technology and techniques, including CT and sonography.
- Adhere to all regulatory standards and guidelines related to medical imaging practices.
Qualifications
- NCT, Certification as an X-ray Technician or Radiologic Technologist is required.
- Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation techniques and familiarity with anatomy knowledge is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a chiropractic team.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and providing compassionate care.
- Ability to perform under pressure while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
