Job Summary
The Pain Management Administrator oversees the operational and administrative aspects of the pain management clinic. This role involves coordinating patient care, managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing clinic performance to provide high-quality pain management services.
Duties
- Manage and coordinate administrative functions within the facility
- Implement and maintain efficient systems for office procedures
- Provide support in medical management and coordination of patient care
- Experience with Eaglesoft or eClinicalWorks software is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Pain Management Clinic setting
- Proficiency in utilizing Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks, or similar software
- Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management
- Ability to uphold high standards of professionalism and confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in healthcare administration, preferably in a pain management or clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, billing practices, and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and practice management software.

Pay: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour
