Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all callers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
  • Provide accurate information to patients regarding appointments and services.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests in a courteous manner.
  • Perform data entry tasks efficiently while ensuring accuracy in computerized systems.
  • Analyze patient needs to provide tailored solutions and improve satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of patient interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure front office and phone coverage.
  • Stay updated on medical terminology and relevant company policies to assist patients effectively.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in medical environment is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with proficiency in computerized systems.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable; proficiency in English is required.
  • Familiarity with medical office procedures and terminology is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport with patients.
  • Knowledge in ECW scheduling system preferred

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
