Duties:
- Cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces
- Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Performing minor building maintenance tasks as needed
- Assisting with property management tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in custodial work or a related field
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Working Conditions:
- Works primarily indoors but may be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Exposed to chemicals and cleaning agents
