Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain client accounts and relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client projects are delivered on time and to specification
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess their needs and gather feedback
- Prepare and present reports on account status and client engagement metrics
