Responsibilities
You’ll Thrive as a Clinic Director By:
- Carrying a patient caseload that allows for direct engagement with those you serve.
- Leading clinic operations to achieve annual goals, including financial performance and patient satisfaction.
- Hiring, mentoring, and supporting clinic staff to build a cohesive and high-performing team.
- Driving community outreach and marketing efforts to increase clinic visibility and patient engagement.
- Collaborating with leadership to implement company policies and ensure operational success.
- Managing clinic resources, budgets, and schedules to optimize day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy
- Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in Texas
- Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based EMR systems
