Responsibilities
- Listen, understand and clarify customer requirements and brand restrictions!
- Deliver professional quotations and solutions.
- Ensure information is, timely, accurate, reliable and competitive.
- Provide alternatives when the customers’ wants are not readily available.
- Treats others the way they want to be treated
- Follow up on significant daily quotations.
- Meet daily, weekly, monthly sales goals.
- Develop, study and possess superior product knowledge - be passionate!
- Expedite buyouts and proactively keep customers informed on lead time items.
- Proficiently utilize our computer system and be responsive to customer's needs.
- Deliver excellent customer service by expediting orders, resolving complaints, issuing RMA's and other informational requests pleasantly and expediently.
- Telemarketing new and existing customers.
- Advertise incoming new items
- Promote selling new items in inventory
- Have scheduled outside sales lunches to insure close relationships with key customers.
- Commits to assist team members in achieving team goals

Qualifications, Essential Knowledge & Experience
- Associates Degree Minimum Preferred
- 4 years of experience in industrial PVF sales (Not needed but a plus)
- Knowledge of all product offerings and appropriate application.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications – Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Able to manage own time without direct daily supervision.
