Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of client security needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Engage in both inside and outside sales activities, including cold calling potential clients to generate leads.
- Upsell additional security services and products based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective sales strategies targeting B2B markets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle, addressing any client inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Prepare detailed proposals and presentations for clients, showcasing tailored security solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in technology or security-related fields.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Experience in inside sales, outside sales, or B2B sales environments is highly desirable.
