Job Description:
As an Assistant Municipal Manger at Texas Pride, you will play a crucial role in contract execution. You will be responsible for preparing/executing/and filing new and renewal contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate new community starts with the Operations Team.
- Maintain spreadsheet: pricing/contacts/terms/etc.
- Track contract terms, work with Vice President of Municipal Markets for pricing and send renewals to customers.
- CPI adjustment execution.
- Other projects/responsibilities as assigned.
Expectation of Work Hours:
- Work in person five days a week at the corporate office.
- Meeting attendance up to 3-4 times per week (including evenings).
- Work full-time hours of at least forty or more hours per week.
Reimbursements:
- Mileage to and from meetings reimbursed at IRS rate.
- Reimbursement for customer or work-related expenses.
- Submit monthly expense report to your supervisor for approval.
