TEXAS REFINERY CORP, a leader in the specialty lubricants industry for more than 102 years, is seeking a passionate team player to join our Logistics Team as a Logistics Clerk. As a Logistics Clerk, you will report to the Logistics Manager in all aspects of routing, shipping, inventory management, and tracking of inbound and outbound orders.
Daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide all administrative support for the logistics department
- Verify accuracy of outbound shipments
- Ship confirm outbound and inbound orders
- Work with carriers on shipping damages and discrepancies
- Process freight invoices for payment
Required Qualifications:
- Must have great phone etiquette, and customer service skills
- Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook
- Basic math skills
- Data Entry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work within all levels of the company
- Ability to multitask
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Self-motivated and driven; willing to take initiative beyond expectations
