Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately performing patient assessments and identifying patient needs
- Initiating appropriate nursing interventions
- Providing care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient
- Performing timely and accurate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
- Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
- Performing timely and accurate QI assessments
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
- CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred
- CRRN preferred
- A minimum of six months' medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting, preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
