Texas Reliability Entity, Inc. (Texas RE) is hiring! We are seeking BI Analyst & Data Solutions Lead to join our Information Technology Team. Here, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Texas RE's data warehouse by integrating structured and semi-structured data sources to support business intelligence and predictive analytics initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
- 3 years of experience using Microsoft Power BI or an equivalent reporting / visualization tool.
- Experience designing and managing a data warehouse or similar structured data environment.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience working with ETL processes and data integration methodologies.
Summary of Responsibilities
The Business Intelligence (BI) & Data Solutions Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Texas RE's data warehouse by integrating structured and semi-structured data sources to support business intelligence and predictive analytics initiatives. This role will lead the selection of data warehousing and ETL solutions, ensuring a scalable and maintainable platform that meets the organization's needs.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop reporting and visualization capabilities using tools such as Microsoft Power BI, ensuring that Texas RE employees can effectively analyze and utilize data for decision-making. Additionally, they will provide guidance and training to business users on BI tools and data best practices.
This position reports to the Director, IT Infrastructure & Cyber & Physical Security. This position does not have direct reports.

Employees work a hybrid work schedule consisting of at least two days in the office with the option of working three days remotely. Additional in-office work may be required depending on project scopes. Additionally, employees have the option to take advantage of Flexible Friday, where employees may shift working hours to earlier in the week instead of on Friday afternoon.

Additionally, Texas RE will match 75%, up to 6%, of employee contributions, with vesting at 20% per year and full vesting at five (5) years of employment.
