Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
- Utilize tools and equipment effectively, including an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects as needed.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices while performing tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment, particularly an ohmmeter.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
