We are currently looking to fill a Full Time Sales Assistant role to help manage our new client's awareness, community outreach, and customer acquisition solutions. This role helps with lead generation, customer service, and client acquisition to acquire life-long customers on behalf of our clients. Full Time Sales Assistant Responsibilities : Meet with local customers to educate them on our client's products and services and provide cost effective, reliable solutions Assist in the enrollment process including, but not limited to walking the customer through available promotions, sign-up, explaining next steps, and maintaining contact to ensure satisfaction Establish and maintain genuine relationships with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and encourage referral opportunities Become an expert in our client's brand, mission, and services to best assist the client and customer Work with customers and guide them through the enrollment process and help them make the best decisions regarding available products and services Any administrative tasks as requested by management Full Time Sales Assistant Experience and Skills : Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or any other customer-facing position is highly preferred Excellent communication and relationship building skills Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with all types of people Comfortable in a leadership type role whether that is in managing a group of people or projects Strong teamwork skills and able to foster an environment of collaboration, honesty and ingenuity Self-manageable with excellent organization and time management
