The Marketing Assistant is responsible for generating leads on behalf of a primary clients. As the Marketing Assistant, you will meet with local customers directly. By having a customer-first approach, the Marketing Assistant is able to determine which option is best, based on customer’s interest and available options. Based on these leads, the Marketing Assistant will remain part of the sales cycle, for added support to the customer.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant :
- Generate leads by focusing on the benefits and value for the customer
- Communicate the myriad of options and features of our client's products and services
- Provide customer-first service in every interaction while remaining sincere and genuine
- Be the example of a professional by maintaining a professional image and positive attitude
- Efficiently communicate leads with the Sales team, by maintaining a high level of focus, competitiveness, and staying organized.
- Strictly adhere to all company policies, procedures, and practices.
- Track and measure key performance indicators in order to deliver valuable information back to the lead generation team as well as our clients
- Identify ways to improve outreach and lead generation efforts and identify areas for improvement
