Our business is a growing, privately owned sales and marketing company in the local area. Currently, we are seeking a collaborative and solution-oriented Sales Support Associate to join our team! This is a full-time, entry-level position with training that will be provided. Ultimately, we are looking for a driven Sales Support Associate who likes to venture out of their comfort zone and talk with our clients about our many products and services. Responsibilities of the Sales Support Associate : Attract potential customers by engaging with them directly, answering service questions, and closing any sales directly Manage customer queries, concerns, and feedback related to orders, ensuring swift resolution and satisfaction. Recommends services that will meet customers’ needs while actively promoting additional products, services, and packages where appropriate. Prepare comprehensive reports by collecting and analyzing customer acquisition information Foster collaborative teamwork by achieving collective goals and supporting colleagues when necessary. Maintain current knowledge of services by staying up to date of the latest offerings Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability as needed. Requirements of the Sales Support Associate : Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer service Product knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Resolving Conflict, Multi-tasking High school diploma or equivalent Support company values and standards of integrity Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism
