What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Texas Sandblasting?
NTX SANDBLASTING is looking for an office manager to help relieve some of the responsibilities of the owners.
Some responsibilities include: Manage schedules for employees, ordering supplies, keeping track of day-to-day phone calls, filing paperwork, writing up invoices, keeping track of accounts receivables, making bank deposits, keeping track of spending, answering phones, making job quotes, weekly payroll etc.
We are looking for an individual who is self motivated and a self starter. Someone who is good with customer service and friendly on the phone. We are looking for someone who would like to work part time and we are flexible if you have kids and need to pick them up or drop them off at school during the day. Very friendly environment.
Must have experience working with QuickBooks. Must be able to pass a background check.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour
