The Treasury Management Specialist III (TMS III) has three primary job functions/objectives; 1. Assist Relationship Managers (RM1 and RM 2) with the implementation of new deposit and cash management services for their clients and prospects. 2. Manage and grow their assigned portfolio. 3. Solicit referrals for our revenue generating strategic partner products/services. To accomplish these objectives, the TMS III will be expected to work in direct partnership with their assigned RMs including attending client/prospect meetings with or without the RMs while representing themselves as the bank’s deposit/tm specialist. While working with their clients/prospects and the clients/prospects of the RM/PM the TMS III will be expected to assess the need for strategic partner services and refer accordingly while also meeting assigned production measurements.

- Advanced knowledge of commercial entity structure and documentation.
- New Account opening and packaging.
- Treasury Management documentation preparation.
- Account Analysis pricing proposals.
- Product demonstration and implementation.
- Product and Service enhancements.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 4 years of related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Work related experience should consist of a financial institution operations, sales or customer service background.
- Advanced experience, knowledge and training in bank terminology, deposit products/services, treasury management products/services, new account opening guidelines (CIF/Red Flags) as well as commercial entity documentation requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance regulations, and other Bank operational policies.
- Advanced computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Advanced math skills; calculate interest and balance accounts; add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals; locate routine mathematical errors; count currency, coin and negotiable instruments in a timely manner.
- Superior oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions, interpret documents, understand procedures, write reports and correspondence, and speak clearly to customers and employees.
- Ability to deal with difficult problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations.
- Strong leadership/management background.
- High level of organizational and time management skills.
- Current Texas driver’s license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage if required to drive while performing assigned duties and/or responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree.
