Job Overview

We are actively hiring Mobile Armed Patrol Officers to join our overnight patrol operations. Officers will be responsible for conducting proactive vehicle patrols, deterring criminal activity, and ensuring the safety of client properties. This is a high-responsibility role that demands professionalism, accountability, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Patrol commercial/residential sites in an assigned patrol vehicle
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, and suspicious activity
• Conduct property checks, lock-ups, and secure entry points
• Write clear and detailed shift and incident reports
• Deliver excellent customer service while upholding client expectations
• Communicate consistently with dispatch or supervisors
• Remain alert and responsive in high-risk environments

Requirements

• Active Texas Level III Commission License
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• No pending cases; must be active in TOPS
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Must own or be willing to quickly obtain a bulletproof vest
• Must have reliable personal transportation, smartphone, and email access
• Must be available for overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Physically fit to stand, walk, or drive for extended periods
• Must submit to and pass drug screening (random testing conducted)

Uniform & Gear Requirements

• Officers receive one uniform shirt and pant at hire
• Outer carriers highly encouraged (Safariland or Safelife Defense preferred)
• Only concealed vests are approved; no steel plates permitted
• Must wear a Level 3 retention holster and carry 2 extra magazines
• Duty boots are required (no tennis shoes permitted)

Available Shifts

• Primary Role Focus: Mobile Night Patrol, 8 PM – 4 AM, 5 Days/Week
• Floater Assignment: Cover additional day/night shifts as needed when other officers are off
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
