Texas Ski Ranch is a one-of-a-kind action sports complex that has a wide range of opportunities and activities available for customers of all ages. The Ski Ranch opened officially back in 2001 as a wakeboard cable park and boat dealership, from which we have expanded into the complex we are today; offering a next level Summer Experience. We are looking for motivated individuals who can share their positive vibes with our customers and who are excited to become part of the TSR family!
Job Summary
Our Summer Staff are essential to our customers experience. Wakeboarding or board sport experience preferred but experience or willingness in teaching a sport is highly valued. We are interested in candidates that have great attitudes and enjoy motivating and hanging out with kids. Full-time and part-time positions available.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Being a role model. Whether you're with our Aqua Park, a Cable Operator, a Paintball referee, or just part of the crew- we expect you to help be a role model for any of our customers and fellow staff.
- Maintaining responsibility and ensuring safety.
- Creating a fun, positive, encouraging atmosphere for all of our campers!
- This is a position with high expectations and requires special attentiveness to detail, excellent communication & organization skills, as well as a desire for excellence.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
