The Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for supporting customer contacts through answering calls, emails, and social media channels, while serving our customers with best-in-class service and support. We also need a candidate that is customer-centric, has strong skills in communication, and is creative in problem solving. This individual must fulfill and promote our core values of communication-transparency-trust-collaboration-respect and be able to take/receive constructive feedback.
Daily tasks include:
· Answering phone calls, emails, and messages received through our social channels.
· Resolving customer order issues (Payment, Returns, Warranty, General Support).
· Maintaining customer orders by providing order updates and transparent communication.
· Keeping the needs of the customers front and center providing an overall positive relationship.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact Center – In this role you will be responsible for handling all forms of communications with our customers who are seeking assistance to verify payment, set up a return, submit a warranty claim and other general after sales support. You will be responsible for providing customers with a solution that closely meets their needs and expectations.
Order Maintenance – In this role you will be responsible for keeping all customers informed regarding updates with active orders. You will be responsible for updating order ETA’s by providing clear communication while offering solutions that would enable a more pleasant outcome for our customers.
Team Player – In this role you must be a team player by supporting your immediate co-workers, as well as cross-functional teams. There will be times where the sales team is asked for assistance and cooperation in completing tasks, which you must be willing to participate in with a positive and up-beat attitude.
Customer Focused – In this role you are required to keep the customer’s needs front and
center, providing an overall positive relationship. All decisions and communications should be
made with our Values in mind.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); some college or a degree in a related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call centers, or sales support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and basic office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Positive attitude and a strong customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with automotive performance parts or related industries are a plus.
- Experience working in an e-commerce or online retail environment.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
