- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and well-presented.
- Conduct commercial cleaning tasks in accordance with established standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
- Assist with carpet cleaning as needed to maintain appearance and hygiene.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping management practices.
- Proficient in floor care techniques and equipment operation.
- Ability to cook basic meals when required.
