Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management and possess strong leadership skills to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Oversee inventory management, shipping/receiving, and daily warehouse activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Train, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff.
- Utilize warehouse management systems for inventory tracking.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for inbound and outbound shipments.
Experience
- Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, including heavy lifting and mechanical knowledge.
- Knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes
- Proficiency in utilizing warehouse management systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
