We are looking for a customer service driven, motivated person to join our team as a store manger!
Past experience in banking, collections, or experience in payday lending is a plus but not required.
What you will do:
Make loans: payday, debit card loans and title loans, collect loans
Follow all company, state & federal laws, compliance, policy and protocol.
Take care of new and existing clients
Help find new customers
Make phone calls, courtesy calls, payment reminders, and collection calls.
Mail marketing letters, and collection letters.
Meet and exceed set monthly store goals.
What you will earn:
Competitive base salary starts at $13/hour
Bonus incentive plan: our bonus program is a easy bonus plan that is expected of you. You will split the store bonus with the manger. our bonus program CAN pay out $300- $1500 a month. adding $10,000 to your income yearly.
5 Sick days per year after 3 months of service
1 week paid vacation after 1 year of service
Requirements:
Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
High School Diploma or higher
Math skills: add, subtract, multiply
Basic computer skills
Willingness to learn and grow
Willingness to be part of a team.
Dependability

Monday thru Friday
9:45a.m. to 2:00p.m. Saturday

Salary: $35,000 to $50,000 /year
Bonus option: $4,000-$15,000 a year: the bonus is obtainable and how we track progress so if your doing your job your making a bonus!!!
