What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Texas State Bank?
Texas Bank is seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, multi-tasking abilities, strong computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Incumbent will be responsible for assisting customers over the phone with questions regarding their bank account as well as recreating bank statements for customers when needed. They will reconcile and balance general ledger accounts, work daily exception items, place stop payments, mail bank notices to customers, work with daily reports, verify maintenance on accounts, scan, file, and perform other bookkeeping duties as assigned. Prior banking experience and bilingual skills are a plus. High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Position is full-time Monday through Friday, 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.
