Required Qualifications: Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position.
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams in a business or administrative setting.
- Data entry experience, administrative support and/or central receiving or warehouse management systems experience.
- Previous experience with SAP or similar ERP system.
- Demonstrate attention to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to type at a moderate speed with minimal mistakes.
- Experience providing courteous customer service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Self-motivated and able to work well both independently and cooperatively as a team member.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Job Description
Responsible for coding, entering, and retrieving of information via computer terminal.
Job Duties
- Create electronic files for documentation and verification.
- Create and update statistical receiving and delivery transaction records.
- Perform research utilizing various search tools for the purpose of correcting or adding to existing spreadsheet data.
- Prepare WMS reports and audit daily work for accuracy and correct totals.
- Participate in data clean-up projects when needed.
- Check in incoming freight when needed.
- Answer phone calls when needed and provide excellent customer service to visitors.
