Housekeeper/Personal Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support in both household and professional settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in housekeeping and customer service, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage various responsibilities, from cleaning and organizing to cooking and laundry.

The schedule and role is flexible and changes on the needs of the executives. We ask for applicants who can be flexible and are able to provide these services as they become necessary.

Duties

• Manage housekeeping tasks, including residential home cleaning, ensuring all areas are clean and sanitized.
• Perform carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning services as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with cooking meals as required, following dietary preferences or restrictions.
• Assist with dog sitting, feeding and care.
• Coordinate vet and grooming appointments and taking the dogs as required.
• Launder clothing and linens, ensuring proper care for various fabrics.
• Organize household items and maintain an orderly environment.
• Coordinate schedules and appointments, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Support with additional administrative duties as needed.

Experience

• Proven experience in housekeeping or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with residential cleaning techniques and products is essential.
• Previous experience in customer service roles is highly desirable.
• Skills in cooking and laundry management will be considered an asset.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
