Duties:
- General administrative tasks to include answering phone, filing , data entry, and other admin duties as requested.
- Assist in generating invoicing, new customer accounts, vendor files.
- Possess the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
- Provide outstanding professional customer service
- Requirements:
- High school degree and continuing education a plus
- Minimum 3 years office experience
- Excellant (not basic) computer skills
- Proficient in Quickbooks software
- Outgoing personality-problem solver
- Bilingual a PLUS (not required)
- MUST BE DETAILED ORIENTED!
- Must be willing to work in a construction environment.
