RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up Machines and ensure all production materials are available.
- Operates and monitors equipment, resets, replenishes and troubleshoots assigned area of the line as needed.
- Determines and reports downtime to appropriate parties.
- Maintains cleanliness of equipment and assigned areas.
- Monitor line for defective materials and perform quality checks.
- Comply with direction from supervisors and managers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, and/or Machine operations.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, twist, stoop for up to 12 hours and lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to work: days, evenings, weekends and holidays on a rotational basis
- Previous production or manufacturing experience
Additional Information:
Our team operates on a rotating schedule:
- 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, followed by 2 days off, then 2 days on, 3 days off.
- Monthly rotation between day and night shifts is required. Flexibility to adapt to this schedule is essential for this role.
