RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up machines and ensure all production materials are on hand.
- Operate and monitor equipment, reset, replenish, and troubleshoot the designated area of the line as necessary.
- Identify and report downtime to the appropriate parties.
- Keep equipment and assigned areas clean.
- Monitor the line for defective materials and conduct quality checks.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and managers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or machine operations.
- Physical capability to stand, bend, twist, stoop for up to 12 hours and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule.
- Previous experience in production or manufacturing.
Schedule:
Our production team operates on a rotating schedule -
2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, followed by 2 days off, then 2 days on, 3 days off.
Monthly rotation between day and night shifts is required. Flexibility to adapt to this schedule is essential for this role.
