Direct Care Worker (DCW)

We are now interviewing for immediate hire for Child Care Workers to join our incredible growing family at Texas Tranquility Estates. We are a GRO facility located in Tomball Texas were we provide care for young girls ages 8 to 17 in a family oriented environment. Our team of providers are dedicated to providing each young girl that enters our facility with the necessary tools to win in life. We are committed to providing a healthy, safe, loving culture for our girls as well as our staff.

Responsibilities

Make sure our girls Follow a full daily schedule of activities and learning opportunities

Provide daily care and caregiving activities such as taking them to school, and appointments

Evaluate each girl’s performance to make sure they are on the right learning track

Must be able to provide overnight oversight room check every 15mins

Must be able to Identify behavioral problems and follow the proper course of action

Must be willing to collaborate with staff workers to attend to the needs of the girls

Must be willing to follow all COVID-19 safety regulations as established by the Facility

Must have proven experience as a child care worker

Must be patience, flexibility, and have a sincere love for helping young girls

Must have strong communication and time management skills

Certificate in first aid and CPR is mandatory

Degree in early childhood education welcomed, but not mandatory'
