Description
Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of a hotel or building, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas, ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
Duties:
Empty outside bins and ashtrays:
Maintain patio area free from trash , and debri
Clean and stock public restrooms : Twice daily, upon arrival and when departing
Sweep and vacuum all hallway floors and all four staircases
Collect trash and towels outside the guest rooms.
Sweep and mop the elevators and elevator tracks.
Maintain pool area such as pool towels and trash.
Collect trash from all trashcans located in the hotel including the administrative offices.
Sweep and mop the lobby, vacuum entry way luggage carts and clean windows.
Clean guest laundry , sweeping, mopping and wiping down all machines. and table.
Gym must be wiped down with multi surface cleaner and are replenished with towels and water.
Clean any early departures that may occur, as well as cleaning the night worker rooms.
Tackle Laundry and ensure that all the storages get stocked
Note: Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
Assists incoming and outgoing guests loading baggage's
