Job Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator – Entry Level
Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to promote products and services. This role involves optimizing online presence, increasing brand awareness, and administering CRM Sales Tool to improve sales management performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development:
- Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot reports).
- Use data insights to optimize strategies and improve campaign performance.
- Ensure digital marketing strategies comply with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
2. Content Creation and Website Management:
- Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Maintain website and content to creation to align with company communication plans.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure content aligns with brand voice.
3. SEO and SEM:
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Implement and test strategies to improve user experience and increase conversion rates on digital platforms.
4. Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Hootsuite, or similar.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics.:
5. Email Marketing:
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results.
6. HubSpot Administration:
- Build and manage dashboards, layouts, reports, process automation, and other configurable parts of the CRM Tool.
- Act as the point of contact for employees and outsourced integration provider. Responsible for fielding questions, providing guidance, and coaching for HubSpot results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Relative experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, social media strategy development, and email marketing campaigns, including tools and performance optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Must have a reliable mode of transportation to commute to the office and attend off-site meetings or events as required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with graphic design and coordinating platforms such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc..
- Experience with creating video content and editing through programs such as Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After Effect, etc..
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for editing and troubleshooting website content, email templates, and landing pages.
