Production Catcher
The Production Catcher role is responsible for catching and inspecting products as they come
off the production line to ensure they meet the company’s quality standards by maintaining
product consistency, detecting defects, and supporting the overall production efficiency. The
Production Catcher collaborates with other team members to ensure a smooth and safe
production flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Visually inspect and catch products as they come off the production line, identifying any
defects or quality issues.
- Ensure all products meet specific quality standards and reject defective items before
they advance further in the production process.
- Record and report the number of defects or rejected items, noting any recurring issues
that may require additional attention or adjustments.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a clean, safe, and
organized workspace.
- Work closely with the production team, notifying supervisors and quality control staff
about recurring defects or machine malfunctions.
- Assist in identifying causes of defects and suggest potential improvements to prevent
similar issues in the future.
- Prepare products for packaging, labeling, and sorting based on quality checks and
production needs.
Requirements:Qualifications
Detail Oriented- Ability to detect defects and inconsistencies with accuracy and speed.

Education: High School Diplomas or GED
Experience- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role is preferred
Physical Requirements- Ability to stand for long periods, lift 30-50 lbs., and perform repetitive
tasks.
Age: Must be 18 years or older

Environment: Work primarily takes place in a production or warehouse setting with moderate
noise levels, machinery, and occasional exposure to production materials.
