Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, Supplier Performance, or related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
- Experience with ERP systems software (SAP, NetSuite, SharePoint etc.)
