Job Title: Manager, Supplier Performance
This role is responsible for managing supplier performance across the supply chain.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in supply chain management and have significant experience in implementing process improvements, deploying delivery assurance systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage execution of process improvements and deployment of delivery assurance systems to ensure early identification of shortages.
- Identify risks to on-time deliveries and manage mitigation efforts.
- Develop gap analysis and closure plans to significantly improve supplier performance to defined standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet customer requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Utilize ERP systems software (SAP, NetSuite, SharePoint) to support supply chain operations.
This is a hybrid role, requiring occasional work in the Haltom City, Texas office and extensive national and international travel.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field required. At least 8 years of progressive experience in a Supply Chain Management, Supplier Performance, or related role.
