As part of the Subway® Team, you as an Assistant Manager will focus on seven main things :

PREREQUISITES
Education : High school diploma or equivalent
Experience : Minimum of one year experience as a shift lead / assistant manager in a QSR setting.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is desirable.
Physical : Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system / cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
This is a fulltime position, must have open availability. Nights and weekends are required.
