Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing Mobile Wound Care Team in Lubbock, TX. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide advanced wound care services to patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, and other care settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive wound evaluations and management
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Perform procedures such as debridement, dressing changes, and other wound treatments
- Collaborate with physicians, care coordinators, and facility staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with clinical protocols and regulatory standards
- Travel within the Abilene area to patient locations
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas
- Certification as an Adult, Family, or Geriatric NP (AGNP, FNP, or similar)
- Experience in wound care, home health, or geriatric care preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
