Support staff to help augment agency employees at IT Help Service Desk.
II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in help desk support . Understanding of ITSM practices & working knowledge of help desk software / databases / remote control.
Receive calls / inquiries, provide support, document incidents / remedies . Translate tech knowledge into actionable direction
III. TERMS OF SERVICE
Services are expected to start 11 / 25 / 2024 and are expected to complete by a date to be determined . Total estimated hours per Candidate shall not exceed 900 hours.
This service may be amended, renewed, and / or extended providing both parties agree to do so in writing.
