Texell, named one of the Best Credit Unions to Work for in the NATION by the Credit Union Journal, is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to work onsite (in office) at our Cedar Park branch!

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will:
- Provide support to the Branch Manager in ensuring organizational goals are met.
- Direct and coordinate activities in a Credit Union facility with a staff of less than 10 employees.
- Apply Credit Union strategies to ensure effective implementation of sales and service culture.
- Ensure team members actively cross sell and recommend credit union products and services.
- Ensure the branch balances all transactions at the close of each day.
- Complete month end balancing, branch audits and ensure branch functions are properly documented.
- Coach and develop staff to enable them to reach their full potential.
What we need you to have:
- A college degree.
- Two to five years of similar or related management and leadership experience, including the direct supervision of others.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products, especially Excel. We use Teams and Outlook heavily too.
- Knowledge of credit union products, services, and policies, which you may already have an understanding of, but don't worry - we'll provide top-notch training!
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
