As a Facilities And Maintenance Coordinator, You Will
- Act as a primary point of contact for facilities maintenance, repair, and security.
- Be able to handle most day-to-day maintenance tasks on their own. Larger tasks and projects may need to be contracted out.
- Adhere to extensive prompt coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Have availability to work a flexible schedule. We might need you to help at odd hours, any day of the week.
- Have a great attitude and work ethic.
- Has extensive experience with construction, project coordination, and staying within budget.
- Has excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with word-processing software is required (Microsoft Office preferred).
- Has a valid drivers license and valid insurance, and willing to drive 2 hours round trip from Temple to Cedar Park or Georgetown when needed. A company vehicle may be available for you to use at times.
