As a Mortgage Loan Processor, You Will
- Process loans within established policies, procedures, and related legal requirements.
- Communicate frequently with members, realtors, and loan officers regarding file statuses.
- Create and deliver mortgage disclosures.
- Place and track mortgage orders with third party companies.
- Verify data on the loan application for accuracy.
- Maintain progression of the mortgage file to meet or exceed closing dates.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with members, realtors, and others.
- Maintain knowledge of mortgage products, procedures, and regulations.
- Be responsible for meeting set standards and objectives for processing.
- Organizational skills. Do you lose your car keys every day? We might not be a culture fit for you.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail is a must.
- Be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, while managing and meeting multiple deadlines.
- Integrity, a can-do attitude, and the ability to work with a dynamic and passionate team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ability to learn and use various software and technology programs.
