Texmo Blank is a global company and our site in Warsaw Indiana is looking at significant growth in the next few years. We have already invested a significant amount of funds to improve machinery and now this is starting to result in higher sales and a need for good quality individuals.
- Responsibilities: Responsibilities:· Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on various types of equipment.· Respond to breakdown maintenance in a timely manner.· Facility Maintenance and repairs as needed.· Troubleshoot Electrical, Electronic, hydraulic and Pneumatic systems.· Fabrication and welding experience· Basic plumbing and HVAC knowledge· Complete minor repairs as needed to maintain the facility.· Ability to work with minimum supervision, typically alone· Document all work orders and PM checklists in Upkeep Maintenance Software.· Keep the maintenance supervisor aware of any parts needed, or repairs that will need to be completed on machines
- Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, And Competencies· Proven experience as a maintenance technician · Proficiency in Microsoft office products· Electrical schematics and familiarity with voltages ranging from 480 VAC to 12 VDC· Must have strong mechanical aptitude· Ability to run piping, electrical wiring, and conduit throughout the facility· Able to use forklifts, Scissor lifts, aerial lifts, and climb ladders· Prefer over 5 years’ experience in similar work· Prefer experience with PLC troubleshooting· Must be willing to work any shift.“Must have valid US Visa allowing to work in the United States.”
