What You'll Do...
- Leading crews to complete specific projects
- Overseeing training of new crew members
- Ability to work with and direct field personnel
- Ability to drive a truck
- Ability to operate all equipment required to perform the work
- Ability to operate a trencher
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Plan the use of material and direct the loading to ensure everything is available on the trip
- Plan the use of equipment needs, ensure it’s operating and loaded properly before leaving yard and on its return
- Ability to work in all weather conditions from extreme heat to winter cold
- Ability to read and understand existing utilities/locates
- Ensure quality control and Safety of job site and crew
- Ability to communicate with property owners your intention of work to be performed and resolve any issues regarding discrepancies if possible
- Ability to control and direct your crew personnel profitability
- Ability to lift 75 -85 pounds
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum one (1) year experience
- Two (2) years Foreman experience and High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Must have a valid current state Driver’s License
- CDL State License is preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
