We are seeking Site Supervisor (Sergeant) to become an integral part of our Field Supervisor Team. In this position, you will be tasked to provide physical security, physical security inspections and entry access control at designated locations. Also, supervise staff in the field as well as correcting officers, disciplinary actions and to ensure all in field personal follow all policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
- Perform internal guard services to include but not limited to, vehicle and personnel entry control points, internal roving patrols and armed escort guard services;
- Protect equipment and personnel;
- Maintain weapons qualification on assigned weapon systems;
- Maintain proficiency with Non-Lethal Weapons;
- Perform internal security guard services, at any potential internal security posting, for up to 12 hours, often in austere conditions to include extreme heat, cold, wind, dust, rain or snow;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- US Citizen or Eligible for Employment in the United States
- Must have a valid US Driver’s License
- Active Commission Guard Cards
- A minimum of 21 years old.
- Must have a minimum of Three years verifiable experience in U.S. Military, security and/or Law Enforcement.
- Must have completed Texas Private Security Level III Training course within previous 30 days or ability to complete course at own expense prior to appointment, OR have a valid Texas PSB Level III License in hand (Law Enforcement Officer applicants are exempt from this requirement)
- Must have a clean criminal history and able to pass a pre-employment background investigation and drug test.
- Honorable discharge from the military (if applicable)
- Able to provide all required personal protective gear for the field
- Qualify and maintain proficiency with all assigned weapons.
- Uniform Shirts and Pants Provided
- 5 years of Leadership (Ex-Military/Law Enforcement) or 6 In the security industry with good references
- Beards are allowed! But must be neatly trimmed
