Textbroker is seeking a Client Success Manager who is passionate about building relationships and delivering high-quality services to our clients. As the face of the company, you will coordinate with your clients to ensure that project deadlines and budgets are met. In this role, you will demonstrate exceptional adaptability, tailoring your approach to effectively communicate and deliver solutions that resonate with each unique client.
Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly calls with each of your clients where you review budgets, KPIs, and overall results.
- Manage the client relationship through effective communication, problem-solving, and responding to requests.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, and subsequent actions.
- Ensure that project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these.
- Identify ways to upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow client accounts through new business opportunities.
- Address and de-escalate any issues that may arise. Use client empathy to develop solutions that benefit the long-term relationship of the client and Textbroker.
- Understand and work with evolving organizational concepts and tools, such as CRMs and PMI toolsets, and maintain SOP standards and procedures to optimize workflow.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of AI-generated content, making data-driven adjustments to optimize engagement, conversion rates, and overall effectiveness.
- Stay current with the latest AI and content marketing trends and technologies, exploring new ways to apply AI to client projects.
Experience & Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (College education preferred)
- 1-year experience minimum in an account manager or similar type of customer service role is a MUST
- Experience or familiarity with digital marketing is a plus
- Experience working with SEO is a HUGE PLUS
- Experience working with MS Office products and Google Docs
- Organized, with strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Persuasive, able to sell work and ideas, and respond positively to feedback
- Ability to solve problems and adapt to a variety of clients
- Able to juggle competing demands from clients and the agency
