Who you are :
- Execution Oriented : You are a full stack Account Executive with a proven track record in high growth SaaS startup environments. You focus on results and consistently meet or exceed your sales targets.
- Entrepreneurial : You approach your Account Executive role as if you are running your own business within an organization. You thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable building and refining processes in a startup environment.
- Resourceful : You find creative solutions to building your business and closing revenue. You are experienced in pipeline generation and closing revenue.
- Growth-Oriented : You never settle. You are eager to seek feedback and find development opportunities.
- Consultative : You have a strong background in HR Tech or related space, you demonstrate a deep understanding of the customer pain and you align the product value proposition around them.
- Resilient : You remain solution oriented under pressure and bounce back from setbacks. You adapt your sales strategies in response to the market, customer feedback and company goals.
- Adaptable : You are self-directed and resourceful, with clear and compelling communication skills, fueled by a passion for innovation and teamwork.

The base salary for this role is 125k and the OTE is 125k. We will share more information on benefits and equity upon request. Disclosure according to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
