- Define technical project scope, break down tasks, and create detailed project plans.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and dependencies across different teams.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review meetings in an agile framework.
- Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical expertise to the team, guiding architecture decisions and solution design.
- Evaluate technical feasibility of requirements and identify potential risks.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
- Team Management:
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams of developers, testers, and other technical staff.
