We are hiring immediately for a Bond Prime Painter .

What you will be doing as a Bond Prime Painter :

In this role, you can expect to apply finishes to various parts, assemblies, and completed aircraft , ensuring exceptional quality. You'll also have the opportunity to assist higher-grade painters, gaining valuable experience and skills. Join us and play a crucial role in creating the future of flight.

Y our responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

Surface Preparation : Prepare painted surfaces, spray primers, and apply finishes to parts, assemblies, or completed aircraft using judgment to achieve the desired finish per the provided instructions and procedures.

Precision Painting : Apply primers and paint finishes to parts and assemblies, adhering to strict tolerance requirements

Tool Maintenance : Adjust, clean, and maintain spray guns and other painting equipment

Environmental Monitoring : Monitor and control environmental conditions such as humidity, temperature etc. to maintain quality standards

Quality Control : Inspect work in process line areas, making timely corrections as needed

Team Collaboration : Rotate with other painters to perform quality control checks and ensure consistent standards

What you need to be successful:

A high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification is required

One year experience in aircraft spray painting or equivalent is required

Ability to work in working conditions that consist of exposure to paint fumes, chromium, ergonomic positioning, and wearing full body PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) in warmer conditions is required

$3,000 annual lump sum payment eligibility per contract
