Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all service activities to meet customer schedules and goals.
• Manage daily, weekly and monthly performance against established financial goals and metrics.
• Check and report on status of service and act to eliminate delays and parts shortages.
• Manage workforce headcount, schedules (time off request, attendance), payroll, and employee relations (discipline).
• Manage accurate inventory levels and part tracking.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement opportunities and employee training needs.
• Drive root cause corrective action problem solving initiatives to achieve improved safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Ensure adequate supply of tools, equipment, and materials for efficient location operations.
• Assist with recommendations regarding workplace layouts, service methods and efficiencies by auditing operations to improve service flow and reduce costs.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 2 or more years of experience required, OR in lieu of degree a HS Diploma/GED required and 8 or more years of automotive/maintenance experience required
• Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Must possess a valid driver license and comply with TSV pool, fleet, and DOT policies
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport issued ID badge
• Demonstrated knowledge of Diesel Engines, Electrical systems, Hydraulics, and Generators
  
  

Textron’s compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs. The pay range should be used as a general guide only. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $62,000 - $115,200 per year. Applications are accepted for this position on an ongoing basis.
