Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted projects and initiatives to drive improvement, efficiency, and cost reduction into the business at an accelerated pace.
- Influence strategy and lead organizational turnaround projects and campaigns tied to new product development, material availability, quality, manufacturing and logistical efficiencies, process and system improvements, and supply base maturity.
- Measure/track performance while developing individual and team capability in a matrixed environment.
- Analyze current business state with regards to TSV products, engineering, manufacturing and operations, with the foresight to propel our organization and establish long-term success.
- Leverage common best-practice processes and establish benchmarking activities to achieve improved planning, visibility, performance, and effectiveness.
- Use agreed-upon and defined stage gate process to guide all project activities and milestone signoff and manage project timing, goals, and budget.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on planning activities to ensure needs are understood and incorporated into the project.
- Create and maintain written reports on project status, tests, costs, issues, performance to established targets, and timelines on a regular basis
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
- Years of Experience: P2 -2 or more years of experience in related field required/P3 – 4 or more years of experience required in a related field
- Software Knowledge: SAP, Microsoft office applications, intermediate to advanced skills in lifecycle management software
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in negotiation strategies and tactics, communication, organization, and time management skills
- PMP certification through Project Management Institute preferred
